This two-story villa's main entrance is at the rear of the building. The first floor holds the kitchen, dining and living room, plus a first-floor bathroom. A staircase to the left of the entrance leads up to the two main bedrooms and their balconies. The private heated pool sits in the center of the building.
What guests get
Guests have access to the entire villa and pool area, as well as the public walking path right out front. Pets are welcome. Wi-Fi and stay information are on the desk outside the living room, and checkout details are on the kitchen island. Children are welcome to use the pool with adult supervision — please observe quiet-time rules.

The beach is directly across the street, and the villa sits high enough that the water is in view from the balconies, the living room and the master suite. Between the two buildings, a heated pool stays open all year. The sand here is quiet and uncrowded — the kind of stretch where boogie boarding and family surf still feel like they have room.
